These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, between you and The Silent Layer, operating from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The Silent Layer provides professional services including:
Software Testing & Quality Assurance
UX / UI Audits
Bug Detection & Product Analysis
Advisory and Consulting Services
All services are provided on a best-effort, advisory, and non-guaranteed basis.
We do not guarantee identification of all bugs, vulnerabilities, or defects
Software behavior varies across environments and usage scenarios
Our services reduce risk but do not eliminate it entirely
Clients agree to:
Provide lawful and authorized access to systems
Ensure they have the right to share all provided data
Use reports and findings responsibly
Refrain from misuse or misrepresentation of results
All methodologies, reports, frameworks, documentation, and content remain the intellectual property of The Silent Layer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only.
All client information, data, and findings are treated as confidential.
Public references are anonymized unless prior written consent is obtained.
Fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
Delays caused by client dependencies may affect delivery timelines
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Silent Layer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach, misuse, or non-payment.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
